Zgjidhja jon\u00eb gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse p\u00ebrfshinte elemente fasade xhami p\u00ebr katet e biznesit, duke krijuar nj\u00eb prezenc\u00eb moderne dhe transparente n\u00eb rrug\u00eb q\u00eb maksimizon drit\u00ebn natyrale dhe vizibilitetin p\u00ebr hap\u00ebsirat e biznesit. Kangjellat dalluese t\u00eb verdha prej alumini t\u00eb dukshme n\u00eb projektin e p\u00ebrfunduar jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb element dizajni karakteristik i k\u00ebtij zhvillimi modern me shum\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesa, duke krijuar nj\u00eb identitet vizual koherent n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kompleksin. Sistemi yn\u00eb i fasad\u00ebs s\u00eb ventiluar jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb kontribuon n\u00eb estetik\u00ebn bashk\u00ebkohore t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesave, por gjithashtu p\u00ebrmir\u00ebson efikasitetin termik dhe mbrojtjen nga kushtet atmosferike.
