ARE Building delivered multiple high-performance exterior systems for the Integris development, strategically located near the Dutch Embassy on Asim Zeneli Street. Working with designs by renowned architectural firm “City Förster,” our team manufactured and installed customized aluminum systems throughout this luxury residential and business complex. The project featured Wicona Wicline 75Max windows, known for their superior thermal and acoustic properties, alongside sophisticated external cladding using folded aluminum mesh panels and ceramic-printed glass panels.
Additional elements included HPL facade cladding, ground-floor glass storefronts for business spaces, and custom aluminum and glass structures for terrace access. Our comprehensive work seamlessly blended aesthetics with functionality, contributing to the distinctive architectural character of this premium development in one of Tirana’s most prestigious neighborhoods.
